Management often needs to be aligned with human resources. Human resource management is a factor in the success of an institution. The impact this misalignment will affect resources play significant role realizing institution achieving its goals. Therefore study aims analyze development work-life balance based on This research method uses case studies at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Jadid using qualitative interviews and documentation. explain how develops management. So that educators can divide their time between families institutions get maximum results. results indicate has been carried out form of; 1) Training Development, 2) Spiritual 3) Talent 4) Performance 5) Leadership Development.
